About the event
In this workshop, Jocelyn will discuss the seven chakras and help you experience them in your body and mind. With gentle guidance, you’ll address each chakra through restorative yoga postures and then transition into a meditation intended to connect and complete the process of bringing your entire chakra system into harmony. Honor these seven energies of light and leave feeling revitalized and reinvigorated.
Registration is required, as space is limited.
